Found game camera follow up

Recommended Posts

With a little bit of leg work , we got in contact with the owner of the camera, that a bear tore down from the tree. he was very happy,as were we . It was great, we were able to share some good info with each other about the area. And even better he got his camera and sd card back.

I honestly believe the majority of guys on this site would go out of there way to do the same thing

A nice lady at the game and fish actually helped me track this guy down. I told them the situation , of coarse they could not give me his number , so I gave them my number to pass on to him , and they did,he called me, We had a good chat, shared some good info about the area we are both hunting, made a new friend. It all worked out.

+1!!!! I agree that the majority of folks on this site, and in fact the majority of hunters in general, would go out of their way to do the same thing! Unfortunately, most press usually goes to the bad eggs..... Kudos to you and other true/honest sportsmen!

Thanks for this post! It's refreshing..... ;)
