slopoke36 Report post Posted October 19, 2010 I am shooting a 70# 28 inch draw single cam bow and I am wondering if my 300 Radial x weave and 100gr broadheads are to lite for my bow? Any help would be great.
Heat Report post Posted October 19, 2010 Check this out: http://www.pse-archery.com/cat.php?k=56063&sk=56063 According to their chart, you should be good to go from the mid 60's up to about 80 lb draw weight depending on your point weight. If you want to soften up the spine a bit try some 125 grain tips and see if that tightens your groups. You should be right about on though. Nick
CouesBuckhunter Report post Posted October 20, 2010 sounds ok but aliitle heavier arrow and a heavier broadhead will increase you arrows accuracy and momentum. I have a BowMadness XL at 65# 29 1/2 draw with 415gr arrows [with 125s] and I can get out to 90 yrds and hit a paper plate.
Codywhi Report post Posted October 20, 2010 i agree with eric, i shot 80lbs and a 419 grain arrow, a heavy arrow is way more forgiving... just dont get to far out of your "foc" and dont get to over spined.... if you have any questions i would order the Archers Advatage program it will tell you everything you need to know.. Weston Report post Posted October 20, 2010 spine should be fine like others have said you could add a 125 grain broadhead and probably be a bit better spined
