Lodging in or around Young, AZ.

We have the Nov. 26 elk hunt in 23. First rifle bull hunt for us. I called the Pleasant Valley Inn in Young. A nice lady told me they had no vacancies for that time frame. I also learned that everyone reserves rooms as soon as they find out they got drawn. I'm #3 or 4 on the waiting list. Lesson learned.

I helped on that hunt last year, well the following hunt. That was the same weekend as the snow storm that stranded hunters. I was sleeping outside on a cot. Memory foam freezes solid in single digit temps. Weather can get nasty that time of year. Im no help for lodging though.

I believe its called cherry creek lodge pricey though. There are also some cabins I believe right when you get into town on the left hand side if your going from the globe area.

I should be able to hook you up with our bunk house over there. Not sure if I'll be there or not but unless something changes the bunk house will be available.

There is a place on the south end of town. Usually cheaper than the hotel. Valley View Cabins
