Recommended Posts

Just wondering who may be heading to 36A for the Nov Coues hunt. I will be arriving the 10th. I generally camp around the Batamote Hill area. Thinking of heading a little farther in. Generally only a few of us so if your interersted in camping near us let me know.

I usually hunt the sierritas I also found a good spot on cliffs of colorados. We may or may not be camped, I have a buddy who has family down there. I also like to help pack out big bucks if you need anything. Good luck hope to run into you

I've got a mulie tag for Nov in 36a. I'll be in there from Nov 1st on. I think I'll be camped in the flats close to the Black hills. I drive a silver Chevy Z-71. Stop by if you see me. I will have a few cold beers on hand.

I'll be taking my daughter there for the last weekend. My New Mexico hunt starts on the 12th, so my daughter misses out on opening weekend.

I'll be driving a brown Tacoma 4-dr, with a big-shot muley sticker on the back window.

Peck

I may stop by during the mule hunt to say hi. I have been watching two Mulies grow to monsters over the last couple years. In fact I bumped into them two weeks ago. I hope you get one of them. Save the other one for me during my Bow hunt.

White Mtn

Seems like we will be in the same areas

I want to spend a day or two in my Cerrita spots but I have been scouting the Southern Serritas heavily of late and there is very little traffic but its a hike.

Not sure yet where I will camp yet

George,

I'm excited that the mine road is shut down, it should eliminate alot of traffic in through McGee Ranch it is a hike. Maybe we will meet up.

I generally come in from the south side via Arivaca and up through the Champurro tank

I will be somewhere between the Colorados, Black Hills or the southern end of the Sierretas. Last year I camped on the south side of the Black Hills but I am leaning on the Colorados this year. I have an archery elk tag at the same time so I probably won't be down there until the second week.

gnoto,

look forward to meeting you. I think I'll be some where close to the Black Hills. I will be setting up camp on the 1st or 2nd. Then I'll come back in and post where I'm at. Anyone is welcome to stop by. Well, someone associated with USO might have a few things to answer for.... but anyone else is welcome.
