Sultan2007 Report post Posted September 9, 2010 Watched this antelope all summer, couldn't hunt opening day. Saturday morning got on him before the sun was up thanks to my dad finding him the evening before. Had him in my sights twice but didn't feel good about either shot. Third time I got on him he was 200 yards away with another buck, waited what seemed like forever for a shot and finally dropped him in his tracks when he stepped out. Hunt was done at 7:20, well worth the 11 bonus points. Green scored 80 6/8.

mcelkhunter Report post Posted September 9, 2010 Very Nice. Congrats. Although I am not sure celebrating an animal like that with Keystone Light would be my preference!!!
Sultan2007 Report post Posted September 9, 2010 Thanks guys. Shot him with my 30-06, that's the first animal it's seen besides coyotes. And no he's not a 21 buck, you're the second person to ask me actually, wonder if anyone's got pictures of that buck.
