CouesBuckhunter Report post Posted September 5, 2010 i leave my cameras and stuff out in the woods and someone steals them. get a grip. iv'e been seeing this stuff for months. where are the hunters? you guys gotta have help finding game in a new area. then you have to cheat (yes i said cheat) by using cameras and bait. from now on i see a camera and its mine or trash. i see bait, salt blocks or anything and its gone. wimps. Seriously???? Do you even read what you type before you post?!?! I bet you don't use binoculars or even a scope, right??? Cause if you do you're a cheater too. I hope you don't ever hunt anywhere near water, because that is bait. Great first post. BTW, I hope somebody catches you taking or "trashing" their cam and whoops your arse . +

Nice "drive-by", newbie - congrats, you probably won for the most idiotic post of all time. Bragging about stealing and trashing other people's property. Here's some friendly advice - take up golf, and keep your sorry can out of the woods. We don't need more dumb-a$$es out there messing things up.
Str8Shot Report post Posted September 5, 2010 Yes stealing personal belongings regardless of where you find them is the action of worthless scum sucking individuals. However ... I find someones bait Just to make a statement I may just sneak in a steal the Honey hole a few hours early on opening day. This is public land and just placing cams and especially putting out bait does not entitle any individual to feel the spot is theirs. an empty blind 2 hours before sun up is an empty blind and the spot is open. An empty baited honey hole 2 hours before sun up is still first come first serve. Hope those of you that do bait realize this and respect this as still public land. I have two thoughts going though my head. #1- cap83 is a regular on here that has nothing better to do than to post a bogus name just to get his kicks out of watching cwt members getting riled up and irritated. If this is the case then you better hope we never find out who you are. #2- cap83 is a newbie who doesn't have the "cojones" to give a profile of himself because he is a coward. I usually welcome newbies but I'll have to pass on this one. TJ

iBowAZ Report post Posted September 5, 2010 IMO.... 1. Cameras: You do get some insight into the game in a particular area, but more then anything it's just cool to get some candid close-up pictures of game. I just bought my first game cam and put it out yesterday. Can't wait to see what I get! 2. Baiting: I'm not for it. You're potentially manipulating behavior, which could be a detriment to a species in an area. Not to mention the chemicals/hormones etc. you’re introducing to the environment and the game you may consume. Given some of the EPA and USDA regulations, I'm surprised baiting is legal. With that said it's such a minor issue, therefore flying under the radar for now. Yesterday, I discovered some corn; I didn't like it, but it's not my business. 3. Personal Property: If it’s not yours, leave it alone. If you find something you believe is illegal report it, and let the authorities manage the situation. Butters Report post Posted September 5, 2010 IT'S THE GREEDY GUIDES WHO PULL THESE SHANANIGANS, WHO ELSE WOULD DO IT? MAYBE TREEHUGGERS. GUIDES NEED TO RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE'S SPOTS. THEY ARE RUDE AND ACT LIKE THEY OWN THE FOREST. THEY THINK PEOPLE DONT GO WHERE THEY GO BUT WE DO, NOT USING PLANES, ULTRA-LITES AND OTHER B$LSH$T. Yeah buddy, yer right on, it's GOTTA be a guide!!! ONLY a GUIDE would do such a thing!!! EVERY GUIDE out there runs down critters with planes or uses quads off road, and THEY ALL think THEY OWN THE WOODS!!! EVERY GUIDE I know is disrespectful of other people's spots and EVERY GUIDE I know is RUDE! GREAT job narrowing it down to who it was, should've known it was a GUIDE! On a serious note, that's gotta be the most stereotypical post I've ever read on here. I really hope you have a good experience one day with a guide, it sounds as though you haven't. Just please don't lump them all into the same stereotype. JIM> The guy is a class A clown Jim. Good reply post, nicer than it could've been. Nicely put Jim and AZ 402. cap83 Report post Posted September 6, 2010 cojones would be the gringo version. or the "pocho" variation. some people speak neither english nor spaneesh as evidenced by your posts. for the record i have yet (in my 40 yrs) to steal anything. but things left in the woods for weeks or months on end could be "abandoned" as it says in the regs. this will have to wait however as i have responsibilities overseas. let go of your anger for a few and remember those who serve. If you are going to insist that he is wrong in his spelling and "cajones" is the correct way to spell it then surely you must be referring to drawers, as in my nightstand has 3 drawers. Cojones is the correct spelling for what TJ and Ernesto are referring to. Non-Typical Solutions Report post Posted September 6, 2010 Yes stealing personal belongings regardless of where you find them is the action of worthless scum sucking individuals. However ... Most probably don't care as long as everybody involved isn't jackass about it. I am guessing it doesn't really crank your chain when you find somebody already in your favorite glassing spot or sneekin spot or whatever type of spot you prefer to hunt that is naturally laying there untouched by human scent or hand. You are making it sound like you are going to intentionally ruin somebody elses plan just because you don't agree with the way they have chosen to hunt. And if you did choose to slip into somebody's already exisiting blind that was sitting over bait and kill his monster he had been seeing on his cheating trail cams all year long then you would have lowered yourself to sub standard type of hunting which would diminish the trophy of the monster buck. I have never sat a blind, or hunted over bait or treestand. Mostly just glassing and busting brush hoping to bump into something with antlers. Reminds me of a elk hunt in 3A over at the tree farms, we had done some scouting and thought we had it all figured out until WHAM...opening morning, people crawling all over the place in ATV, 4X4 on foot...you name it. Was I mad, heck yeah.....did I have the right to be mad.......not really, they all had the same tag. So what did I do........went somewhere else............. If I see a tank I want to sit and it is unoccupied, I am gonna sit it. If I see a natural rock mineral area I want to sit and it is unoccupied I am gonna sit it. If I find a block of salt sitting out there and nobody is hovering over it and I want to sit and watch it grow moss, I am gonna sit it. If I wanna go tromping through your favorite glassing, sneeking area and I don't see anybody that I am going to be disrupting.....I am gonna go tromping.... Guess just depends on how jackass I wanna be about it......
