Pine Donkey Report post Posted August 30, 2010 We made our last scouting trip this past weekend. Here are a couple goats we found. The first one looks OK, but not much mass. I think the second one may be a very good buck, he has nice cutters. Please help me score these bucks. Goat 1 Goat 2 Any help with scores is greatly appreceated. JACK Report post Posted August 30, 2010 IMO antelope are very hard to judge...depends on what you are looking for AZ antelope tags are hard to come by...score wise I would say first buck low 70s second buck high 70s maybe a little better...if you like them shoot em...good luck on your hunt! Browning'sCustomMeat Report post Posted August 30, 2010 I love goats...and I don't care about score. Find the one that interests you more. And for me, I like the second one best. Good Luck and Happy Hunting! -Jeremy-
izquik72 Report post Posted August 30, 2010 After looking them over you will find the quality you like the best, tall Long prongs, Skinny , wide. It's all about what you want. If you find one that has 2 of those charcateristics you want I would say go for it. #2 look like a nice Loper I love them Big can openers.
tomgobbler Report post Posted August 30, 2010 i'de shoot the 2nd over the first, and i'de say mid 70's..... he isnt all that.... he does have nice cutters, but if you look at his ears, the cutters are NOT above the ears, and the horn length, is barely twice the ear length.... so around a 13-14 lenght.... i dont knwo what unit your in but i think you could do better on lenth.... although those cutters are pretty nice.... but its all in the eye, if you like him shoot him and have fun tommy
