coueshunter Report post Posted August 1, 2010 I went up to pull my camera's today. Havent been up for 3 weeks. There was a fire up on top, it covered alot of area and I hadnt heard about it. jgabler Report post Posted August 2, 2010 That's correct. It was used as a resource benefit fire to clean up all of the heavy fuels on the ground that could cause a catastrophic fire up there. It was a good thing for that part and really good that it rained on it off and on to keep it from completely burning out all the trees in there. About 500-600 acres I think.
