cpugsie Report post Posted July 30, 2010 Beautiful Mount and a great story!!! Dan Lee does the best coues deer mounts period. I saw his work years ago at one of those outdoor expos. I wasn't that into hunting coues yet but couldn't stop staring at and coming back to these particular coues deer mounts. They looked life like and were absolutely stunning. I remember Ken Rowe's name but didn't remember Dan's name on the business card. Fast forward several years...I met Dan at the sheep banquet in 2000. He had some of his work there and we talked it up for quite some time. We figured out we had a couple mutual friends and he mentioned he use to work with Ken Rowe. I've seen alot of his work since then and am just amazed at his artistry. I recently found that business card in a box not too long ago and there was Dan's name on the card also.
