AZ to Park City to Coast of Oregon

Recommended Posts

We spent a week in Park City, Utah for my 12 year old daughters 12U softball World Series. We then drove to my Dad's house in Gearhart, Oregon which is on the coast, south of Astoria, which is where the Columbia River empties into the Pacific.

We spent the 1st night at Jacob Lake and drove down to the North Rim.

Found lots of critters in Utah. Also never have seen so many road killed deer. They were everywhere it seemed.

Fun at the Olympic Park.

Just happened to find the Browning Factory Outlet in Morgan. Went on a mini spree!

Finally got to Oregon. Never saw the sun in 4 days on the coast. A marine layer set in and temps were about 55 to 60 the entire time.

Had to wear a sweatshirt once.

This sea lion looked sick but we left him alone.

Wife and girls played in the sand.

This was a great vacation and hope you enjoy the pictures.

The girls tied for 9th out of 36 or so teams. They didn't play their best softball but had fun.

Nice pics! Utha has alot of interesting places.

When I came up to Montana, I passed by the Barnes Bullet factory south of Salt Lake and I was almost tempted to stop in, but I was running behind schedule. So maybe on the way back...............?

I remember passing it both times. Would have been neat to stop in and visit.
