Chef Report post Posted July 18, 2010 Here are the pictures! I want to echo what everyone else has said. From the hospitality that Jim and Susan showed, to the great BBQ, it was a memorable day/evening. It should be law that EVERYONE that's a member of this forum, see Jim's collection at least once in their lives! It's impressive to say the least. The weather was HOT to begin with, but we were graced with a mild shower and a lightning show. That in itself brought a nice cool breeze that dropped the temp down considerably. I would say there were probably somewhere between 40-45 attendees that showed up somewhere along the night. Thanks again Jim! I already can't wait for next year! ...now for the pics... . . . . Here is the entry gate to the house. Jim welded it himself. . . Here are some pictures of just some of the food that was enjoyed by all... . . The breeze was greeted by the flag, I thought it made a great pic... . . . Jim's front port has a beam running it's entire length. Jim has sheds along ALL OF IT! (not just dinks either!) . . . Chef it was really nice to meet you and Daryl and many more members that showed up. Texas hunter is the man! It was nice to meet lots of members that share the passion for the outdoors. I was glad to see old friends, Larry (scout'm) and Chris (sundevi). I had a great time with all that showed up. Food was excellent weather was nice for a Yuma boy Jim please consider what I told you....we need to put your name and your antler collection in the Guiness Records. Anyone care to guess at what the SMALLER of these scores? Maybe Jim will chime in and tell us. It puts things into perspective on the BIG shed! There are some MONSTER coues bucks roaming the hills!
