mr.smith Report post Posted July 16, 2010 Call and talk to a person. If they screwed up and you didn't get your chance you may be entitled to a freebie. I know a guy who got a sheep tag that way. Game and Fish screwed up and he ended up getting all of his tags for the year (that was before they separated the draws) Deer elk antelope and sheep.
