WFGinNM Report post Posted July 6, 2010 Amanda, walleye is a very good eating fish. Closest thing around here to the flakey white fish from the ocean (cod, haddock, pollack, ect.) We have to eat the smaller ones though, mercury level warnings don't advise to eat too many big fish.
