couespatrol Report post Posted June 24, 2010 This is My boys third coues deer and by far his best. Opening morning two days before his thirteenth birthday. His birthday is during the second week of November, so you can guess which hunts we put in for. We watched this buck for over 40 minutes before he took the shot. 385 yards from the prone position, one shot from his .270 and his hunt was over. One heck of a birthday gift.
