.270 Report post Posted June 12, 2010 a small plane kamkazeed the round valley high school. burned down most of the high school building. looks like they saved the auditorium. quite a crazy deal. my pal willy lives just north of the dome on the side of flat top. he said it made so much noise he thought it hit his house. don't look good for the guys in the plane but they said it didn't hurt anyone at the school. catclaw Report post Posted June 13, 2010 Most of the media reports have been quite flawed. The pilot and his family are of significance. They know who they are but for some reason, don't want to identify them. The school is a disaster. Even the buildings that didn't burn have significant water and smoke damage. catclaw Report post Posted June 15, 2010 They have finally released the pilot's name. He is an ATF agent out of Florida. Yesterday there were high ranking supervisors at the scene looking for items from his plane. Apparently he was loaded down with small arms ammunitions as they were popping off during the fire and there are spent casings everywhere! Sounds like he was overloaded for the high altitude takeoff with a full load of fuel. Killed his whole family I guess. What a bummer. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
