PECAN WOOD FOR SALE ****1/4 CORD FOR $50 - 1/2 CORD FOR $90****

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I am trying to clean up a part of a gated community in Queen Creek that is nestled in a 300 acre pecan grove. We have tons of wood that is just sitting here. Start stocking up for this winter early with this really cheap firewood. We are asking only $50 for a 1/4 cord of wood and $90 for a 1/2 cord of wood. A 1/2 cord measures 2 feet high by 2 feet wide by four feet long (2' x 2' x 4') so obviously a 1/4 cord is half of those measurements. Because I cannot schedule and meet 15 different appointments every day the wood will be available to pick up on saturdays from 10-5 until it is gone. If you need special arrangements other than saturday than I can meet you but please try to fit it in on saturday. please call me still if you plan on coming down on saturday to get it so i at least know someone will be coming so I am not waiting there for no reason. Adam - My number is 480 586 0946. Please no pickups under 1/4 cord or $50 worth the wood. Thanks

There are also mounds of electrical and water pipes and also landscaping hoses back here that are just extras left over. Please feel free to take as much as you want to take. Take them by the truck loads if you want for only $10 per truck load or best offer.

Please do not call and ask for directions unless you get really lost. The directions are the following:

-Located in queen creek, AZ off of major crossroads of ellsworth and chandler heights.

-The gated community is "The Pecans" located on the southwest corner of chandler heights and ellsworth.

-please meet me at the gate at the east entrance of the community. To ge there take ellsworth and head south past chandler heights, continue south about 600 feet past chandler heights and there will be an entrance on the right hand side (west side) of the road. Call me when you are there and I will meet you there to let you into the gate. Thanks guys

I live a few blocks away in Queen Creek also. If someone wants to split an order let me know. I'd only need 25 bucks' worth, for my little smoker.

hello - desert bull has it pretty close - if they were smart - forget the cord crap and -since it is in big chunks and charge $50 a truck load - - simple - no measuring or bickering about sizes -measurements - all you can load in the bed of your truck - Gary

Thanks desert bull for the measurements, much apprciated. And man elkaholic seems like you're the only smart one around here when it comes to firewood. You should open your own firewood business. yeah I will do $100 for a cord of wood if there is any left over. Had someone come out yesterday and said he wanted to buy it all. There is about 25 cords of wood. So if there is any left over i will let you know and muskrat you can come get however much wood you need if there is any left, you dont have to split with anyone. There is actually a big pile of pecan branches and smaller logs that might be good for you too if you want them for a cheaper price? I will let you guys know.

I'm kinda speakin from experience as - I've been clearing dead juniper trees off my property - no splittin or stackin - $50 gets a truckload . can fit almost a 1/2 cord in the bed of a truck - very few full size beds anymore (lol)- splitting and stackin is what usually makes the cost go up !

guy buyin all will split and get a better price for the wood come fall - probably still cheaper than what it would cost him to go out a cut it !! - pecan is really good burnin wood - Gary

thanks guys for the interest and the comments. But some guy from snowflake is coming down today and he is buying the whole 25 cords. The owners however are going to be getting all the trees trimmed and a lot of the dead ones cut up this next month so let me know because there will be another 25 cords available in the next 60 days. There are 2 big piles of branches and stuff that will be left that might be good for smaller scale cooking and what not? Let me know
