packemback Report post Posted June 7, 2010 I have 3 Arizona Wildlife Trophies books for sale. I'm posting here primarily to ask if anyone would have an idea of their value. I may put them on ebay. The books are: 1985, book number 583. (First printing.) There are a couple of old yellowed 1984 newspaper clippings in the book. One is of a Bill Quimby column. The other a letter to the editor. The book is in very good shape with only the tiniest signs of wear. I don't remember how I acquired this book. 1970 Inside there are two letters from Buck Buckner, a note from Jim Levy's desk that apparently is regarding a bear measurement, and an old newspaper clipping (circa 1970) about a trophy bear from the San Carlos. This book is also in good condition with only small signs of wear. I don't remember how I acquired this book either. 1970 This book was given to Donna Greene by Jane and James W. Greene. It was a birthday gift to Donna Greene. She is in this book under coues deer on page 69. Rank number was 41 back in those days. She signed the book. (That deer head is here on the wall as I write this ad.) Thanks for whatever you can tell me. packemback I'm a newbie here. Just registered. You can email me if you like. Just change those two z's to underscores. hzlzgreene@yahoo.com
hunter01 Report post Posted June 7, 2010 The '85 will get you 15-25 depending on condition. The 70's will get you a bit more, 20-35 range depending on condition as well. I bought one for 35 + shipping on ebay, it did not look two days old and was in great condition, numbered with no signatures. I would be interested in the 1st 1970 listed if at a fair price. Hope this helps. Also you might want to contact the Arizona Wildlife Federation in Phx. They get older books donated back on occasion that they re-sell.
