bowhunter4life Report post Posted June 4, 2010 I have a 2 year old Moultrie D-40. This cam uses 6 "D" batteries. It will take roughly 1500-1800 digital pictures. It is 2 1/2 years old. The front screen that shows date, pictures is worn, this does not effect pictures, pictures are stamped date and time. will post pictures later. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
