I purchased a tri-pod from his booth 1 1/2 years ago and broke one of the fingers. I called him on the phone and in a very positive tone stated send it to me and I will fix it!. I meet him at the Clints Wells shoot this weekend and he was a man of his word! he even took it upon himself to replace a lost cap I Had lost in the mud! Thanks Jim, You have a life-long custumer! ruthunter Report post Posted June 6, 2010 I also broke 2 fingers on my tripod from jim white and to my surprise i was charged $15 dollars for each one. The tripod was around a year old and both broke during jan while glassing. I thought the repair would be taken care of at no cost or a smaller fee than what it was.
