I just wanted to give a big thank you to Jim White for his SUPERB Service. I purchased a tri-pod from his booth 1 1/2 years ago and broke one of the fingers. I called him on the phone and in a very positive tone stated send it to me and I will fix it!. I meet him at the Clints Wells shoot this weekend and he was a man of his word! ;) he even took it upon himself to replace a lost cap I Had lost in the mud!

 

Thanks Jim, You have a life-long custumer!

Thanks for the feedback! And just so everyone knows, all the tripods, tripod heads and binocular adapters that I sell on CouesWhitetail.com come with Jim's exceptional service since I get them from him. So if you buy a tripod from CW.com and a part of it breaks, Jim will fix it.

I also broke 2 fingers on my tripod from jim white and to my surprise i was charged $15 dollars for each one. The tripod was around a year old and both broke during jan while glassing. I thought the repair would be taken care of at no cost or a smaller fee than what it was. Im still happy with the tripod for glassing.
