Looking for a few families to share my cabin. Just built in 09 on over 2 acres. 3 bedrooms plus loft / 2 baths / around 1700 sq/ft with a huge wrap around deck. Fully furnished and about 1 hour from I-17 and the 101. (Prescott area) We only use the cabin 1 to 3 days a month so we would create a calendar and everyone would get to use it privately. Asking for 3% down , $7500, and $500 a month to add you on to the title. **we paid 55k cash for the land but have a loan for the cabin
