couesdiehard Report post Posted May 24, 2010 Figure somebody on the site has probably tried this before so here goes. I am considering trying the OTC elk hunt in the Alamo lake area this winter. Never tried it before but went for a drive out there Saturday and saw that the riparian areas where G & F states the small herds live are tough areas to see much of anything. If anybody has any recommendations about where I should start scouting or what methods have worked well, I sure would appreciate a PM. Just looking for a good starting point or two. Thanks.
