metau Report post Posted May 21, 2010 Not sure of any that offer true otc tags, but Wyoming typically has a bunch of leftovers that get sold otc, fist come, fist served. az4life Report post Posted May 22, 2010 Wyoming does have OTC tags after the draw but they are fewer each year it seems. Endo fo May is the deadline for application so July 6th at 8AM is when the full price OTC leftover tags are on sale. July 20 is the reduced price, usually the doe, fawn tags...
