I say keep it simple and respect the other meat cutters in the area. They have established their business's already and they might send you customers when they're full.

Man oh man....all of you are coming up with some great names......lots to consider. I appreciate all the help with naming my new business. We have a little while before I set it in stone....KEEP THEM COMING!!!

you could go with a little local flavor, like, the Sawmill Steak Co., or the Sawmill Steakhouse.
