And when asked what the N.M. policy on UDA's is, the law enforcement guy says, "We have been told to make a very careful review of our policy".

Is that because they don't know what it is, or maybe it's a secret?

Notice that the victim is hispanic? And he wants N.M. to adopt the new AZ legislation? Guess it ain't a racial thing after all, is it?
