In Chicago style recovery from such a fumble, expect the limo driver do be killed in an "apparent" carjacking or as a "bystander in a store holdup" and the tapes to never be located. (at least in useable condition) If only his plans had been put in faster he would have socialism in place fully so no one would or could question him.... Just like Chicago.
