maximus Report post Posted April 23, 2010 The guy the help me with my dog is in new river , his name is Jim Walkington. tha phone #480-215-1776. he is very good , charged me $40.00 and i took my dog a year later for retest and was $20.00 but this was 3 years ago but i don't think it will be that much more. hope this helps.
