hawkeye Report post Posted April 15, 2010 I have been putting in for Elk for several years in New Mexico, without being drawn. I don't ever remember my credit card being charged before the draw. Maybe I just don't recall. I just checked my credit card and it was hit for $760 by New Mexico Game and Fish. I asume it is too early for the draw, but when do they usually draw.
