Motion-Tracking Devices and/or Camera Devices

It is illegal for a person to possess or use in the field any electronic or camera device who’s purpose is to scout the location of game animals or relay the information on a game animal’s location or movement during any Commissionadopted hunting season.

:o Oh, Oh.... Interesting... The times are changing! It's too bad, over half the time I put cameras out just for the fun of it, I enjoy seeing 'what's out there'! The fact that is says "during any Commission adopted hunting season" only leaves a couple of months, if that, since there are so many different seasons. I hope Arizona stays away from this... :huh:

Seems like a pretty murky situation that can only get ugly.

 

We are headed out this weekend to put up a cam, our first and looking forward to seeing what we can pick up on it. Even if it was a transmitting device, I would never be able to get there in time to take any advantage over the game.....too dang deep in the hills :blink:
