Outdoor Writer Report post Posted April 5, 2010 The article posted above is nonsense and nothing more than the ranting from some wingnut's blog site. The actual issue in the REAL Reuter's article concerns the INTERNATIONAL trade (that's between COUNTRIES for the reading challenged) of non-nuclear arms to other countries, i.e. exporting/importing conventional arms from one country to another.
