The following has been floating around the internet for a bit now. Does any body see this being a possibility either temporarily or permanently?

The article posted above is nonsense and nothing more than the ranting from some wingnut's blog site.

 

The actual issue in the REAL Reuter's article concerns the INTERNATIONAL trade (that's between COUNTRIES for the reading challenged) of non-nuclear arms to other countries, i.e. exporting/importing conventional arms from one country to another. The conventional arms can be anything from small MILITARY arms to tanks and jet fighters.
