rclouse79 Report post Posted April 4, 2010 The scope is a Bushnell 4200 elite 2.5 – 10x, 50mm. It is a very nice scope and I am thinking about keeping it for my new rifle. The 40mm model sells for $429, and I know the 50 mm was a couple hundred dollars more. The rifle is a Ruger M77, 243 with a black synthetic stock and a stainless barrel. It is in excellent condition. I bought this gun for Coues after deciding my 7mm mag was a bit overkill. I have taken two coues with it and both have dropped in their tracks. It hardly kicks and is a joy to shoot. It is super accurate. . . the last time I took it to the range I could cover up three shots with a quarter at 100 yards. I sighted it in with less than a box of shells and it has just been a 3 or 4 shots fired through it for two hunting seasons. This is a great setup and there is nothing wrong with this gun. I am selling 3 of my guns and am hoping to buy one for all of my hunting needs. . . . . trying to save money with the birth of my son. You would pay well over $1000 if you went to the store and bought everything brand new. I will sell the rifle for $425 and the rifle and scope for $900. Included: doskosport case, Butler Creek Sling, Butler Creek flip open scope covers, part of a box of ammunition, cleaning kit. Please contact Rob at 520-609-2924 if you have any questions.
