Siwash Report post Posted April 2, 2010 I have a few items up for sale in Tucson. Will post pics this weekend. 1. Nikon Monarch Rifle Scope, 3-12x42 SOLD 2. Kowa 8x32 binos SOLD 3. Kelty Camo hunting pack...this thing is big (at least 3,400 C.I.) and has been used on successful hunts in AK and AZ: it's got good Kodiak Brown Bear karma and you can slip a whole javelina into the main compartment Packs has bino pouches on the sides, blaze orange rain fly, removable top for days hikes, and is hydration bladder compatible. A lot of pack for the money. $75 4. Galco LEFTY Holster Model SIL127 for N Frame revolvers...this is a high rise conceal carry holster. It's pretty much mint...I bought it for a S&W 629 but never carried with it. SOLD 5. Velbon Tripod...not a featherweight, it's probably around 4#, "Vel-Flo 8 PH 258" head, tripod extends to 65", compacts to 22". Don't know the model # on the tripod. The head is fluid and smooth and the base is sturdy, no problem mounting a spotting scope or your 15x's on this guy. SOLD

elkhunter Report post Posted April 21, 2010 Does the tripod legs move freely? I had a velbon tripod in the past and loved it and it had a locking mechanism where the bars touch the legs and the legs can be set at different angles, is this the same tripod? Siwash Report post Posted April 21, 2010 No, it does not have that feature...which is a sweet one. Tripod is SPF.
