200"mulie Report post Posted April 2, 2010 by far elk is my favorite other than wolves. love to watch and learn tatics and so forth. i usually spend three to five weekends up in alpine during sep.-oct. watching elk and occasionally deer and antelope. P.S.- IT NEEDS A LOT OF COYOTES TAKIN OUT ALSO. LAST TURKEY HUNT (3DAYS) WE SAW YOTES EVERYDAY (12 ALL TOGETHER) EVEN CALLED ONE IN BY TURKEY CALLING 5 YARDS NEARLY RAN US OVER. i told my buddy i was going to cackle to see if i can entise turkey to come down from there slumber. WE sat there for 3 seconds and something caught my eye outside my bino's and glanced at a dog at 5 yards. whispered to my buddy, it stopped and looked and took off. anyhow get out there and take out some dogs Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
