Kilimanjaro Report post Posted March 31, 2010 Since myself and my out of state buddy didn't draw, does AZ send HIM back his tag app refund and AZ 2010 license to his residence, or will they end up sending it to me since I was the "primary" on the app? Just curious.. I have never put in with an out of stater. We weren't quite sure how it worked. Thanks! Any guesses on when the refunds will be out? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
SDHunter11 Report post Posted March 31, 2010 It will go back to the primary on the app if the money was sent in one check. I apply out of state with friends out of state and they send the money back to me when I don't get drawn. I only get my AZ license back though.
