Millhouse Report post Posted March 21, 2010 Didn't draw a tag this year, but will still be up in Unit 8 taking the nephews out. Such a good way to get kids hooked. deerhunter Report post Posted March 21, 2010 I got the early spring hunt this year. And yes it is a good way to get the kids hooked. Gets them to the outdoors, keeps them out of trouble. And its a great learning experience. I took my 11 year old last year and I called one in for him. I am surprised he hit it, he had turkey fever BAD. After he shot it he started crying. I said whats wrong. He said (Im just so happy dad.) That was priceless!!!!!!!!! Now he loves hunting with dad. And yes hes going again this year. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
