DCS Report post Posted March 16, 2010 I had killed 4 turkeys with my bow up to last year.Most of them had been taken while setting water with 100 gr thunderheads.I had recovered them,but wasn't real happy as it was a chase,after the shot.Last spring I was able to harvest a big gobbler that had been called in by my friends.I used a 3 blade mechanical with a cutting area of 2 inches.The shot was 25yards through the back,and cut off part of the beard.We had an actual blood trail with pieces of his entrals,and kidney.He went about 50 yards.I'm going to try it again this year, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
