You have to select a unit with a ML'er hunt. For example, 6A elk.

I have put in for the same archery antelope tag for 13 years with no luck!!!!!

From what I understand, 70% of the draw is pure luck. 20% goes to the people with the highest bonus points, 10% for non-res. Can anyone correct me or verify that?

 

My understanding is that 20% go to the top point holders, resident or nonresident. The remaining 80% are divied out to the rest of the people that put in and which may include some of the top point holders who did not get drawn in the 20%. The 10% cap only comes into play if alot of nonresidents get pulled out of the cap first. If not then they could potentially get none of the tags, but no more than 10%. Don't quote me on any of that but that is my understanding.

Resident tag=$120.00 Non-resident tag=$595.00 for the same elk! Something tells me the draw will be rigged to get max dollars.
