elkaholic Report post Posted March 9, 2010 hello - i got 2 suggestions - gunbroker.com and ebay- but would be nice to know if its a remington - a savage etc. and the model # - like my 742 remington - just type in appropriate info - u should find some thing - if you want synthetic stocks - try ramline products - just to say 300 mag - is shy of info! BowNut Report post Posted March 9, 2010 www.mcmillanusa.com It would help to know exactly what you have but its tuff to beat McMillan. Never had one but if you are into wood working at all you may want to try Richards Microfit Gunstocks. Some nice inexpensive stocks you just need to finish them. azphil Report post Posted March 14, 2010 I had to get rid of my high gloss stock so I ordered from Cabelas a Remington black composite stock to replace the factory wood stock on my Rem 700- no complaints -and it was inexpensive
