A statement on archery elk opening dates from the ABA

And the impact to Archery deer season would be what? We've played this game already it's a no win situation where you can please all the bow hunters.

I dont think moving the hunt later in September should effect archery deer at all.

 

As far as pleasing all bowhunters, I believe moving the hunt later would please most everyone that bowhunts. jmo

I think with the earlier hunt i think it's easier to kill one of those frek nasty monsters because he's all alone but when the ruts in full swing big daddy will have 10000 cows with him but i'd still rither hunt the peak of the rut
