Kevin Report post Posted January 22, 2010 My hunting partner sent his 12 year old 10X42's in last year to have them cleaned and a couple of minor scratches polished. He ended up with a completely refurbished set of glasses when they returned them. New armor coating, new eye cups, polished all four lenses etc. All for what it cost him to ship them. Mrs125coues Report post Posted January 22, 2010 I have mailed in our binos and have gotten great service... just call the service number and they will get your info, issue you a work order/service # and advise you how to send them in....They are great to work with.
