Coues 'n' Sheep Report post Posted January 21, 2010 Well I been home the last couple of days and I had a fresh deer heart in the fridge from the weekend.... Slice the heart.... then: A little Flour, Salt, Cajun seasoning, and Garlic powder.... double dipped in egg and batter.... fried to medium... then add your fried eggs... you gotcha a heartattack on a Plate!!!
