Mmmm Hearty Breakfast for a snowy day!

Well I been home the last couple of days and I had a fresh deer heart in the fridge from the weekend....

 

Slice the heart.... then: A little Flour, Salt, Cajun seasoning, and Garlic powder.... double dipped in egg and batter.... fried to medium... then add your fried eggs... you gotcha a heartattack on a Plate!!! I love January!!! I ate it all... and loved it!! :o ;) Oh... and lucky me my Bride cleaned the kitchen for me!! I love that Woman! :D
