i was tuning my bow a while ago and for some reason could never get it paper tuned. i went and shot my pig and now i am trying to get it tuned perfect for archery deer because my broadheads fly left. i have tried 3 different kinds and they all fly left so i am thinking its cause its not tuned all the way. but no matter how far i move my rest the fletchings always hit right of the point. so i move my rest to the left and i moved it as far as it goes and it just doesnt change..... what could be causing this? i know my arrowing isnt making contact with my bow at all.

I can't believe I am saying this but.. If I were you I would just re-sight with an untuned bow... IMO it is too late to be jacking with things....

That is just me...

I would not get too hung up on paper tuning, sometimes not the tell-all. Paper tears can be caused from many things, more times than not it's the shooters form, or torque. If you have ruled out fletching contact, it sounds like you are torquing the bow a bit as the tear is not getting better when you move the rest. My advice is forget the paper, and walk back tune.

you need to bring your rest to the right you want to bring your broadhead to the field point

What he said.

Move the rest to meet your field points with the broadhead. I would forget the paper its just a starting point anyway. If you want to try to get it to shoot through paper try dropping or raising you poundage a turn and see if that changes anything.
