Some people are doing modifications to get their payments down...Others are not paying their mortgages and the Banks are foreclosing on their homes .........and yet others are doing SHORT SALES....which I have just completed on my primary home. I have a much better understanding now of the pros and cons of short sales so if anyone out there is contemplating either a foreclosure or shortsale and doesn't feel like they know the ins and outs of it, Please feel free to give me a call and I will explain it in an easy to understand manner.
