king4wd Report post Posted December 4, 2009 Got this one yesterday afternoon with the foxpro and whirling woodpecker. Realized that the 10/22 is not the ideal tool for fox. I think a 12 guage with #4 would have been better.

Guest borderboy Report post Posted December 22, 2009 Why not a 10/22? What happened? Or didn't. I've called in and killed a couple of coyotes with a .22. They were clean kills too.
king4wd Report post Posted December 27, 2009 as fast as those little buggers come bouncing in through that thick stuff it is way to hard to find them in the scope. I found that a moving shot on a fox at 20 yards is best suited for the 12 guage.
