willhunt4coues Report post Posted November 30, 2009 Thumb hole stocks are the way to go TRUST me they increase your accuracy and help manage some recoil with a great feel in the palm of your hand. If you are going to buy a new stock you have GOT to get a Boyds thumb hole.

Coach Report post Posted December 1, 2009 I've got a thumbhole stock on my ML and love it. If I were building a gun right now, I'd put a boyd's thumbhole on it.

The .243 doesn't move much at the shot, and I was hoping that a stock like this would make it even steadier. Just curious if it put too much recoil on the hand. Looks like I will have to find a way to order one up soon. Thanks Guys, --Bill
