 Wacko Alert! Wacko Alert! Wacko Alert!

She certainly is using the gate for leverage but I applaud the Klondyke people who are using the legal system to "lite a fire under her" so to speak.

Say.... Just wonder what Tapia would do if there was a wildfire threatening her property. Bet she would open that gate in a heartbeat!

Cannot believe how long this is taking to find a legal way to bypass her.

az4life the question might be if there was a fire beyond her house would she open it, or allow the area to burn, I would hope the firefighters could get through no matter what.

If a fire was to happen on her property..... If I was the fire fighter on the seen, I would let it burn to the ground...Wouldn't want to trespass and get shot

Ultramag, Yep, it probably won't happen to her but, in the long run she will most likely dig her self deeper and deeper until she is brought to justice...After all this is still the wild west right?

I just hope she digs deep enough to put her and her son in the hole and bury them. I hope they never let him out either, it seems to me like every child molesting case that has made the news recently has been from a known sex offender, that sob in idaho was out on bail, the judge that allowed that ought to be in jail now, let him tell that little girls dad how he wasn't a danger to society, or he could be rehabilitated, that is a bunch of bs, all convicted child molestors need to be disposed of permanantly, and quickly. This is a sad day and age when this crap happens, the screwed up part about it would be if a parent caught someone with one of their kids and took justice into their own hands they would be on trial, and if it was me it would be murder, or more hopefully justifiable homicide..

I agree, I remember the story a few years ago when the father of a young man walked up to the molester who was in FBI custody, right in the middle of the airport and CAPPED HIM IN THE HEAD. The jury found him not guilty. I even saw the video of it some years later, wish I knew where it was and I would try to link it.

that was at the houston airport and i was there when it happened. we were staying at the marriot and heard about it during a break in the conference i was in. there is a subway that goes to all the terminals and we boogied over to see the deal. we couldn't right up to it, but could get close enough that we could see the dead guy layin' on the floor. the dad was standing at a pay phone acting like he was on it when they led him by. he reached out with a .45 and put one in his head. seems like he walked with next to nothing for jail time. it was all over every channel that night because there was news teams there filming the pervert coming home. what a great deal.

it's gonna be real funny when one o' landowners up stream from tapia puts up a gate and locks her in. looks like that is about to happen too. Lark.

Thanks for the update. I agree with you about if the gate is still locked during deer season, then things could get ugly.

Even though her initial reason for locking the gate was absurd and she is obviously suffering from a mental condition. This has now turned into something else, ALL locked gates.

I hunted the area last year and I remember there were other locked gates in the general area. Her gate is blocking probably the most beautiful area, but if she has to unlock her gate, why wouldn't the other land owners who block BLM and state land have to unlock their gates?

This will be very interesting, because there are locked gates everywhere blocking BLM and state land.
