I was thinking of doing a BBQ maybe in Febuary or March after all the hunting has died down. It would be a perfect time to share some stories of the previous hunt and maybe brag about it as well. I would cook briskett, beans and maybe pulled pork if enough people say they will make it. It will be good food I promise (just ask Antlerdog).

So lets get some input on some dates and who might be intreasted in coming.

I am interested!! They finally opened the highway from Globe to Tucson, so it should be smooth sailing for me to get down there. Don't do it on Feb 11-14 since I think Antlerdog and I will be at a hunting expo in SLC.

But perhaps 3rd weekend in FEB would be good. Archery season over, hunts in Mexico over, etc.

He was just telling me today how fun that Octoberfest party was at his house! I think we need to do an annual CW.com party at his house too!!

I'm in for this. I can bring the smoker down for the weekend, if we need another cook. Just did one a few weeks ago. 72 pounds of meat: 6 racks of baby backs, 2 briskets, 4 pork butts, 12 chicken quarters, 75 jalapeño cream cheese bacon appetizers AKA Atomic Buffalo Turds. We invited 75, and had just a touch left over.

I would definitely make every effort to be there. Had a great time at the summer campout and hated to miss going to Jim Reynold's house. I'm looking forward to the next get together.
