Kml is just one of the file extensions that is recognized by Google Earth (GE). So the file might be named something like "AZhuntunits.kml". A kml file of the Arizona hunt units is available for "free" to Huntin' Fool members on their website. I'm sure other sites like the one listed above can get you the same thing for a fee.
