There is a husband and wife team that run a great butcher shop out of there house. They live over behind the airport. They have done a couple of animals for me and they do a tremendous job. All the sausage, burger, roasts and steaks were prepred perfect and all the meat has always tasted great. They are very fast and the packaging is great as well.

There number is 928-474-5544. If Clay from Mogollon Taxidermy is reading he knows them very well. Great people. I would highly recomend them.

If MathewP45 is talking about the people I think he is, they're great. The guy is or was a butcher at Basha's when we used him a few years back for a couple of elk and an antelope. They have a small sign out in front of their house which is out past the airport. I want to say it's something like Rim Country Meat. They do an outstanding job.

Yep, Ron and Marianne, they've been doing it 20 yrs that I know of, super clean setup, your animal is all you'll get back. Take the number and call when you get something. Only place I'll go if I don't butcher myself or recomend, I don't butcher for friends anymore. They did 3 elk for our group this year and I have a freezer of their cuts, good as always.

That would be good to know, Ron can fill up by Saturday on a state wide hunt. Ron and Marianne are the only in home cutters I know and the only kind I trust. Would be good to know another.

Noah and his wife Danielle were in home cutters.

They had shops set up at their last 2 homes,

Just not sure if he has set up at the new place.

I think Jeremy cut for and with Noah since they work together.

I have also heard lots of good about Ron and Marianne.

There is one in Star Valley and another in Round Valley that Gino uses.

I should compile a list of all the contacts and have it ready.

Terry Neese out in Round Valley, (928)978-2390, will also do you a great job... He has a first rate shop. You won't be disapointed with Terry or with Ron & Marianne Buehring by the airport... all first rate folks, and the only butchers I will use.

There was a couple in Deer Creek a few years back. Could be the same couple mentioned already if they moved?

I now cut for Waugh's Processing The past 2 years. I've been cutting for 11years altogether. We would be happy to process your game. We are just as picky as you. We DO NOT take dirty animals out of respect for those who care for their game animals and in our cooler. Please give us a call...you will not be disappointed. Need to check in an animal? Anytime!

Toby 928-595-0164

Jean 928-595-1190

or myself

Jeremy 602-708-1920 or 928-474-5192

Or stop by:

709 W. Bridle Path

For those that use Ron and Marianne Buehring up past the airport

They are not taking any animals this Elk season.

I was helping Loco4coues Dad get his Bull to them today

and were politely turned away.

Jeremy,

We took that Bull to Toby's Today

His wife was very nice.

I noticed during the earlier hunts a sign

point up Longhorn rd for processing.

Anyone know who that is?

That is Mike Ellson who was or is the meat manager at Bashas.
