GameHauler Report post Posted November 11, 2009 I have been using AVG Free for many years and was happy with it. As of Dec 1st they will not be offering the free addition any longer and are requiring everyone to pay for the service. What upsets me is being forced to pay and refuse to be forced to do anything. az4life Report post Posted November 29, 2009 Avast has a free version and it seems pretty solid. They register it and you have auto updates and annually you get notice to re-register.
